Unspoken Events exists to cultivate a private, welcoming community for open minded adults who value authenticity, discretion, respect, and meaningful connection.

Our experiences are intentionally curated, not public. Membership and attendance are selective by design, helping us maintain an environment where guests can feel comfortable, respected, and free to engage at their own pace.

We welcome individuals and couples from all backgrounds who embrace communication, consent, personal responsibility, and mutual respect. Whether you attend to connect, observe, learn, or explore, every member contributes to the culture and energy of the community.

At Unspoken Events, no one is entitled to another person's time, attention, conversation, or participation. Every interaction should be approached with kindness, respect, and an understanding that all participation is voluntary.

Consent is not merely expected. It is foundational.

Discretion is equally important. What is shared, seen, heard, or experienced within our community is expected to remain private. Respect for personal boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality is essential to maintaining the trust that allows our community to thrive.

We believe the strongest communities are built through respect, accountability, and genuine human connection. Members who do not uphold these standards, or whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others, may be denied entry, suspended, or removed from the community without refund.

By joining Unspoken Events, you acknowledge and agree to uphold these principles and help protect the culture that makes this community unique.

Any person purchasing tickets for additional attendees acknowledges responsibility for ensuring those attendees receive access to and understand all event policies, rules, waivers, and terms prior to attendance. All guests are subject to the same requirements, restrictions, and obligations as the original ticket purchaser."

Liability Waiver

LEGAL AGREEMENTS

Release of Claims

You release DD666 LLC, Unspoken Events, The Velvet Loft, property owners, landlords, employees, volunteers, security personnel, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, or liability arising from your participation or presence at the event.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any liability, damage, or costs resulting from your actions or participation.

Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the state where the event occurs. You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class actions.

Electronic Signature Agreement

Electronic signatures submitted through digital forms or online agreements have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Venue Notice

This event is hosted at a privately owned venue operated independently from Unspoken Events. Participants acknowledge that the property owner and landlord are included in the liability release.

Alcohol Policy
Events may allow bring-your-own alcohol depending on event rules
Unspoken Events does not sell or distribute alcohol
No one under 21 may consume alcohol
You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption
Final Acknowledgment

You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have read and understood this agreement
You voluntarily accept all terms outlined above

Personal Property

Participants are solely responsible for their personal property. Unspoken Events and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

Guest Responsibility

If a participant purchases tickets for additional attendees, the participant acknowledges responsibility for providing those attendees with access to this waiver and all event policies prior to attendance.

Expanded Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless DD666 LLC, Unspoken Events, venue operators, property owners, landlords, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, security personnel, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from attendance, participation, presence at, or travel to or from the event.

Awareness of Event Nature

You acknowledge that activities within this private space may include BDSM-related conduct, explicit sexual activity, domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism, and other adult-themed interactions. Participation is voluntary.

Prohibited Items and Conduct
No illegal substances, weapons, or firearms
Prostitution, solicitation, or negotiation of compensation for sexual services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal
Consent Expectations
Consent must be explicit, verbal, and ongoing
Consent may be withdrawn at any time
Any violation of consent or unwanted touching will result in immediate removal
Scene Etiquette
Do not interfere with scenes unless invited
Do not touch participants without consent
Respect privacy and personal boundaries
Authority of Hosts

Hosts and security may stop any activity deemed unsafe or disruptive. Their decision is final.

Recording and Photography Policy

Photography, video, or audio recording by attendees is only permitted with the explicit consent of all individuals involved.

Unspoken Events may utilize designated staff photographers, videographers, or content creators to capture promotional and event related content.

Participation in any photograph, video, or recorded content taken by authorized Unspoken Events personnel is always voluntary. No attendee will be photographed, recorded, or identified without their consent.

By voluntarily consenting to be photographed, recorded, or otherwise included in content created by authorized Unspoken Events personnel, you grant DD666 LLC and Unspoken Events permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, and share such content for lawful promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, editorial, and business purposes.

Unless otherwise communicated in writing by the attendee at or before the time consent is provided, such consent authorizes use across all Unspoken Events platforms and channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, email communications, digital advertisements, printed materials, promotional materials, and future marketing campaigns.

Attendees may request in writing that photographs or recordings be limited to specific platforms or excluded from specific platforms. Such requests must be submitted to admin@unspokenevents.com. Unspoken Events will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

Consent for future use may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request to admin@unspokenevents.com. Upon receipt of such request, Unspoken Events will make reasonable efforts to remove applicable content from platforms and materials under its direct control within a reasonable period of time. However, attendees acknowledge that content previously shared, downloaded, archived, reposted, distributed by third parties, or included in printed materials may not be fully retrievable or removable.

Requests regarding photographs or recordings are not considered received until acknowledged by Unspoken Events.

Unspoken Events reserves the right to decline publication of any content and to remove any content at its sole discretion.

RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
Premises Risk

You acknowledge that the venue may include equipment, furniture, restraints, elevated platforms, flooring variations, dim lighting, and other environmental conditions that may present risks such as slipping, falling, impact injuries, or equipment-related injury.

Medical Responsibility

You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in any activities you choose to engage in. Unspoken Events does not provide medical supervision or safety training.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that activities may involve:

Exposure to bodily fluids
Emotional intensity

You accept all foreseeable risks, including injury, illness, allergic reactions, or psychological stress. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Any attendee purchasing tickets for additional guests is responsible for ensuring their guests understand and comply with all event rules, consent requirements, safety expectations, and policies. Guests remain individually responsible for their conduct. Violations committed by a guest may result in consequences for both the guest and the purchaser, including removal from the event and exclusion from future events.

Hosts, staff, and security reserve the right to refuse admission, remove any attendee, or deny future participation for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with event standards. Removal may occur without warning and without refund.

Eligibility

Event Participation

All attendees must comply with our event guidelines, which prioritize consent, safety, and respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates our rules.

SMS Communication

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Unspoken Events, you agree to receive recurring promotional and event-related text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Unspoken Events is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Guest Tickets

Individuals purchasing tickets for additional attendees agree that all guests are subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Liability Waiver, Event Rules, Privacy Policy, and all other event policies. Purchasers agree to provide guests with access to these materials prior to attendance. Failure of a guest to review these materials does not negate their applicability.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, personal emergencies, dissatisfaction with the event, removal from the event, or failure to attend.

Any exception to this policy, including the issuance of event credits, transfers, substitutions, or Multipass credits, shall be granted solely at the discretion of Unspoken Events and may be withheld for any reason.

The issuance of a credit, transfer, substitution, or exception on one occasion does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in the future.

Attendees removed from an event for violations of event rules, consent policies, safety requirements, applicable laws, or directions from hosts, staff, or security personnel are not entitled to refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation of any kind.

If an event is canceled by Unspoken Events, attendees may be offered a refund, event credit, transfer to another event, or other remedy at the sole discretion of Unspoken Events.
