UNSPOKEN EVENTS EVENT RULES AND LIABILITY WAIVER ATTENDEE AGREEMENT Unspoken Events is operated by DD666 LLC, doing business as Unspoken Events. This is a private invitation style adult event. By electronically signing, accepting, purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any Unspoken Events activity, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this legally binding agreement. If you purchase tickets for additional attendees or guests, you represent and warrant that you have authority to communicate these rules and agreements to those guests, and you agree that all guests attending under your purchase are bound by the same rules, policies, waivers, acknowledgments, and liability limitations contained herein. You further agree to accept responsibility for ensuring your guests comply with all event rules and policies. Participation in any activity is entirely voluntary. You may leave the event at any time. Hosts, staff, and security personnel are present for general event oversight and emergency response purposes only and do not supervise individual scenes, activities, or interactions. EVENT RULES Awareness of Event Nature You acknowledge that activities occurring within this private adult space may include BDSM related conduct, explicit sexual activity, domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism, fetish related interactions, and other adult themed activities. Participation in any activity is strictly voluntary. Age Requirement All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend. Any attendee consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with applicable law. Consent Expectations Consent must be explicit, informed, verbal, voluntary, and ongoing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for any reason. Any unwanted touching, harassment, intimidation, coercion, stalking, or violation of consent standards may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and possible permanent exclusion from future events. Scene Etiquette and Community Conduct Do not interfere with scenes or interactions unless invited. Do not touch any participant, equipment, or personal property without permission. Respect privacy, boundaries, and confidentiality of all participants. Treat all attendees, staff, venue personnel, and guests with respect. Harassment, aggressive behavior, discrimination, threats, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Authority of Hosts and Security Hosts, event staff, and security personnel reserve the right to deny entry, remove attendees, stop activities, or restrict participation at their sole discretion if conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, non consensual, unlawful, intoxicated, or inconsistent with event standards. Decisions made by hosts or security are final. Prohibited Conduct and Items The following are strictly prohibited: • Illegal drugs or controlled substances • Weapons or firearms • Physical violence • Non consensual conduct • Prostitution, solicitation, or negotiation of compensation for sexual services • Intentional property damage • Unauthorized recording or photography • Any unlawful conduct Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund and possible referral to law enforcement. Photography, Video, and Recording Policy Photography, video recording, livestreaming, or audio recording is strictly prohibited unless all identifiable individuals appearing in the content have provided explicit prior consent. Unauthorized recording may result in immediate removal from the event. Premises and Environmental Risk Acknowledgment You acknowledge that the venue may contain play equipment, restraints, furniture, elevated surfaces, dim lighting, electrical equipment, flooring transitions, sound equipment, and other environmental conditions that may create risks including but not limited to slipping, falling, impact injuries, equipment malfunction, allergic reactions, emotional distress, or other physical or psychological injury. Medical and Personal Responsibility You acknowledge that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in any activities you voluntarily choose to engage in. You understand that Unspoken Events does not provide medical supervision, medical services, mental health services, or safety instruction. You accept full responsibility for monitoring your own physical condition, hydration, intoxication level, emotional wellbeing, medications, and personal limitations. Alcohol Policy Certain events may permit attendees to bring their own alcoholic beverages in accordance with event specific rules. Unspoken Events, DD666 LLC, venue owners, and ticketing providers do not sell, serve, distribute, or furnish alcohol unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular event. Attendees who choose to consume alcohol do so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. Attendees are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption, conduct, transportation arrangements, and compliance with all applicable laws. No attendee under the age of 21 may consume alcohol at any event. Assumption of Risk You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to risks involving physical activity, bodily contact, bodily fluids, emotional distress, equipment usage, intoxicated attendees, communicable illness exposure, allergic reactions, negligence of other attendees, or accidental injury. Your participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Electronic Signature Agreement Electronic signatures, digital acknowledgments, online checkbox confirmations, ticket purchases, and electronic acceptances shall have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless DD666 LLC, Unspoken Events, The Velvet Loft, event organizers, hosts, venue owners, landlords, property managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, security personnel, vendors, performers, affiliates, sponsors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, or losses arising from or related to your attendance, participation, conduct, presence at the event, or the conduct of any guest attending under your ticket purchase. Third Party Ticketing and Platform Providers Certain registration, membership, payment processing, ticketing, or event management services may be facilitated through third party providers, including but not limited to Multipass. You acknowledge and agree that such third party providers act solely as independent service platforms facilitating administrative functions and are not responsible for the conduct of attendees, operation of events, safety conditions, supervision, security, alcohol consumption, participant interactions, or activities occurring at any Unspoken Events gathering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless such third party service providers from claims arising out of or relating to your attendance, participation, or use of the platform in connection with any event. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DD666 LLC, Unspoken Events, The Velvet Loft, venue owners, landlords, employees, contractors, volunteers, security personnel, ticketing providers, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, legal fees, or expenses arising from: • Your conduct or participation • Your violation of these rules • Damage to property • Injury caused by you • Claims brought by your guests • The conduct of any attendee attending under your ticket purchase Arbitration and Venue Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement or attendance at any event shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Connecticut under Connecticut law. You waive any right to trial by jury or participation in class action litigation. Privacy Policy By attending, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Unspoken Events Privacy Policy located at: https://unspokenevents.com/privacy-policy Final Acknowledgment By accepting this agreement, purchasing a ticket, attending the event, or entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree that: • You are at least 18 years of age • You understand the nature of the event • Your participation is voluntary • You assume all associated risks • You agree to comply with all event rules and policies • You understand this is a legally binding waiver and release of liability • You accept responsibility for any guests attending under your ticket purchase
